Each collar is handmade to order, allowing you to customise it with any colour combination you like. Simply choose your favourite shade of soft, glossy Italian leather and select colours for the medium and small Swarovski crystals.
Your new sighthound collar will be crafted to your exact specifications, with each star and crystal hand-riveted securely in place. You won’t have to worry about losing any of them as your dog runs around.
For ultimate comfort, the collar is fully lined with butter-soft calf leather. This ensures a perfect fit and prevents any rubbing or fur loss that may be caused by stiffer leather collars.
To support your sighthound’s delicate neck, the collar is designed in a fishtail shape, measuring 2” at the widest point and tapering down to a 1” strap, buckle, and D-ring.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at returns@chelseadogs.com within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
