We strive to make our online ordering process as simple as possible. We offer FREE UK standard shipping (UK Mainland) on all orders over £75. Some products/brands are excluded from this and these include:

DELIVERY TIMES AND INFORMATION
We state the cost of delivery for each product on each product page under the delivery tab. In the delivery tab, the customer will see which delivery methods are available and an estimated delivery timeframe. Chelsea Dogs will do its best to deliver a product within the timeframe shown and earlier if possible. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery, Chelsea Dogs will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.
Some of our products are handmade to order or they can be personalised. These products will have a longer delivery timeframe which is clearly stated in the product description and delivery tab on each product page.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of many products, these products may be delivered separately and may have more than one delivery cost. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.
Chelsea Dogs does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.
Chelsea Dogs ships mainly to the UK but will also, on request by the customer, ship internationally, where available, and subject to extra shipping charges. All products are shipped using various methods and couriers. Chelsea Dogs will not accept liability for the delivery of products that are shipped directly from a supplier. Some delivery methods will require the customer to sign for the acceptance of the goods.
If a customer orders more than one item from different suppliers, the customer may be liable for more than one delivery charge. All delivery charges will be combined and clearly displayed at the checkout before the customer places an order.
To Our Valued EU Customers,
From 13th December 2024, the EU will introduce the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
Unfortunately, the guidance on these new rules has been unclear, and they are likely to cause challenges for small businesses like ours who send goods to the EU and Northern Ireland.
The new regulation requires all businesses, including small, handmade, and independent ones, to have a representative based in the EU to handle product safety matters. Setting this up is costly and takes time.
Until we can find an effective and affordable way to comply with these rules, we’ve had to make a tough decision. From 5th December 2024, we will temporarily stop accepting online orders from the EU.
If you'd like to place an order, please make sure it’s completed on or before the 5th December 2024. After this date, the EU shipping option will no longer be available on our website.
We’re truly sorry to all our wonderful EU customers who will be disappointed by this change. Please know we’re working hard to find a solution and hope to restart EU shipping in the new year. Thank you so much for supporting us over the last 14 years. We hope to welcome you back soon.
UK and non-EU orders won’t be affected, and all current delivery options will remain the same.
