The thin low-fat sticks have a length of ca. 17 cm and are not too hard – the perfect size for petite pups and even senior dogs which find it hard to gnaw on the harder dog treats. Of course our Puppy Sticks are free of any artificial additives and preservatives to give our four-legged friend the most natural chewing experience.

We are proud of our county and the abundance of its fresh quality produce and we like to reflect this in our dog biscuits. Poochs get their meat direct from their Norfolk supplier - fresh Norfolk Beef and Pork. Venison comes directly from Holkham Hall, North Norfolk. Seasonally Poochs' apples and fish too come from Norfolk!
Poochs dog treats are packaged in bags made from renewable resources which are biodegradable.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at returns@chelseadogs.com within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
