This stunning handmade personalised portrait dog lead hook is uniquely made to order for us. Each plaque is hand painted with any breed of dog and it can be personalised with your dog's name. Please fill in your required personalisation and upload a picture of your pet for our designer to use when painting the plaque. If you would like to send us more than 1 image, please email the other images to us at sales@chelseadogs.com after placing your order and quoting your order number.
The hooks come with a hanger already fitted to the back so are easy to hang straight away!
Size: The plaque measures 6" x 6" including the solid pine frame and the brass hook measures 1.5" long.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your dog lead hook to be made and delivered.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at returns@chelseadogs.com within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
