The beautiful velvet and Faux Fur Luxury Snuggle Dog Bed by Hugo & Otto is a cosy envelope bed designed especially for dogs who simply love to snooze within layers of warm blankets and dark, warm, cosy places.
The inner envelope is handmade in Storm Grey luxury faux fur fabric which is oh so gorgeously soft and warm with the outer cover made in soft upholstery velour in your choice of 6 beautiful colours.

If you share your life with a dog from the hound breed group you will know that during the day they will follow the sun spots around your home to bask in the warmth and before you sit down you always double check the under the sofa throw and cushions just in case you find a snoozing nose buried under. The natural instinct of the sighthound and scent hound is to make a den within dark, warm areas under layers and when they snuggle down they are almost cocooned which makes them feel safe and secure. The design of the cocoon envelope bed mimics this type of snuggle bed and, with the added warmth of faux fur this luxury dog bed really is a dream come true.

Washing
Please machine wash on a cool delicate cycle and low ration spin speed, please use a gentle washing detergent
Spot clean with a soft clean cloth and a gentle detergent
Do not use harsh chemicals or bleaching agents
Do not dry clean
Line dry or dry flat and shake out during the drying process to add air through the fibres
Tumble for the last 5 minutes of the drying process to plump up the fibres of the faux fur. To avoid shrinkage do not tumble dry on hot settings and our advice is 5 minutes only.
The faux fur can be lightly brushed through with a natural bristle brush.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at returns@chelseadogs.com within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
