The leash is made from a high-viz neon coloured material, and is also reflective.

Long Paws have designed the neon range using brightly coloured neon webbing that is so bright, it literally glows. And to make them even safer for night time use, they included two strips of 3M reflective technology, so the collar and lead will both shine whenever cars drive past. But they didn't stop there. Long Paws made sure they could be seen from any angle by putting the reflective strips on both sides of the leashes, from the clip all the way to, and including the handle.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at returns@chelseadogs.com within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
