The Mutts and Hounds personalisation service allows you to purchase a gorgeous Tytherton tweed pillow dog bed for your deserving dog and have it beautifully personalised with their name.
Once we receive your order, the M&H team hand make your selected product in your fabric of choice, then carefully embroider your dogs name (up to 10 characters) in your choice of thread colour.
This timeless countryside Harris Tweed features a navy check weave with a red, black and blue overcheck with grey undertones. The pillow bed cover has a decorative piped edge, and is fully removable and machine washable at 30 degrees. The inner pillow is fibre filled.

Medium: 60x80cm

If you are buying the pillow to fit an existing bed frame please note we recommend the following sizes to allow for the pillow to sit correctly within the frame:
50x70cm frame = 60x80cm pillow
70x90cm frame = 80x100cm pillow
(Please note a large font is used for up to 7 characters and a slightly reduced font size is used for 8-10 characters)
If you choose Forest Green Tweed, we recommend avoiding the Olive embroidery colour as it won't be seen clearly on this particular fabric.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
