Comfortable backrest gives to dogs and cats a cozy shelter, comfort and safety of use. Lulu is a combination of good design, functionality and convenience that will work in even the most demanding interiors. 

The bed was created for cats and small dogs (up to 6kg). 

The whole upholstery can be easily removed and washed.

Dog hair can be removed with an upholstery brush.

Intense use may cause roughness and bobbling (pilling) of the surface. This process cannot be prevented, therefore, it is not subject to warranty coverage

Wooden elements

To keep the wooden parts clean, it is enough to wipe them gently with a damp cloth. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents. 

Keep the bed in a dry place and avoid moisture.

Returns
If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to. You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable. If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund.
