This carrier can be used without the faux fur insert, making it a super practical everyday handbag. Add the fur lining insert and turn the bag into a cosy, safe carrier for your dog. The insert is equipped with a small leash and a bag dispenser.

The inner cover can be removed and machine washed at 30 degrees.
The bag, because of the leather elements can be dry cleaned only with delicate program dedicated to leather cleaning. Please do not use aggressive detergents.

This product is shipped directly by our friends Labbvenn in Poland. If you need to return or exchange it, you will be liable for the cost of return to send the item back to them in Poland.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
