Our collars are made from high quality leather but we all know sometimes our pet friends can do what dogs do and your collar or lead may get wet or muddy.

Don't worry here are some recommendations to keep your leather collar and lead looking great. Wipe mud off with a clean damp cloth, if just wet wipe off excess water with a clean damp cloth, always allow to dry naturally away from any heat source.

If your dog decides to take a dip in the sea, wash the collar off in clean water as soon as possible, wipe with clean soft cloth and allow to dry out naturally, again away from any heat source.

Once in a while clean and treat your leather collars with a good quality leather balsam.

Over time your collar may turn a shade darker this is due to the natural oils that occur within your dogs fur, this is natural and nothing to worry about.
