The Grey Stardust Dog Crate Cover is handmade here in the UK in French Grey fabric with a cream star patterned fabric and lined with cream cotton. For added VaVa WOOF we have added Midnight Grey velour to line the door blinds and when rolled up are held in place with natural wooden Paddington bear type duffle coat toggles.

These luxury crate covers are made to fit the Dogit crates. If you have a different brand of crate, please do not assume these covers will fit perfectly even if your crate seems to be the same measurements as below. Please contact us on [email protected] for advice.

NOTE - THIS IS JUST THE CRATE COVER. THE CRATE AND BEDDING IN PICTURE IS NOT INCLUDED.

Washing

Crate Cover: Wash on a cool 30 degree machine wash with low spin cycle. Line or dry flat Iron on the reverse. Do Not Dry Clean. Do not tumble dry. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleaching agents. Do not use abrasives.

Returns
If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. You will then be issued with the correct returns address to send the goods back to. You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable. If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers. Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item. Have you read our returns policy?
