The Waterproof underbelly coat has a unique stretchy underbelly material that allows your dog to run as freely as ever, and obviously it goes without saying that the rest of the coat being a Country and Twee product practically and style come as standard. Please note the material that makes up the underbelly section is not waterproof. The rest of the coat is water resistant.

You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
