This product is shipped directly by our friends Bowl & Bone in Poland. If you need to return or exchange it, you will be liable for the cost of return to send the item back to them in Poland.

Please note: Should you need to return or exchange a Bowl and Bone product, you will have to send the item back to them directly in Poland so please double check your sizes before placing your order.
You must return the item within 28 days from delivery in brand new, unused, saleable condition and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return so please ensure you take out the correct postal insurance. In the case of an exchange of size, you will also have to pay the difference in cost if there is any.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on any item which has been personalised, made to order and therefore bespoke or perishable.
If the item arrives faulty or it is not what you ordered, you will either be sent the correct item as soon as possible or you will be issued a full refund. It is possible incorrect items will be collected by a courier arranged by us or our suppliers.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of returning the item.
